2. Description of Service

webstitch provides a platform for creating personal landing pages and link-in-bio pages. The Service includes a drag-and-drop page builder, hosting of created pages, and optional premium features.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Distribute malware or harmful content
  • Engage in harassment, hate speech, or discrimination
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
  • Spam or send unsolicited communications

Paid upgrades are one-time purchases. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the settings page.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
