We want you to be completely satisfied with your webstitch Pro upgrade. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, we offer a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply email us at support@webstit.ch with:

  • Your account email address
  • The reason for your refund request (optional, but helps us improve)

We'll process your refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

What Happens After a Refund

After your refund is processed:

  • Your account will be downgraded to the free plan
  • The webstitch watermark will be restored on your published pages
  • Custom domain functionality will be disabled
  • Your pages and content will remain intact

Exceptions

Refunds may not be granted if:

  • The request is made more than 30 days after purchase
  • The account has been terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
  • You have previously received a refund for the same product

Free Plan

The free plan is completely free and does not require any payment. There is nothing to refund for free accounts.
